You will be in charge of Grover’s social media channels, from developing strategy to day-to-day management, helping us to build a connection to our customers with style, humour and humanity
You will develop creative ideas and work with the rest of the marketing team to develop content, customised to each channel’s strategy
You will be focused on driving community growth and connect this to business KPIs
You will set up and manage all the tools, processes and measurement to ensure smooth and consistent operations
You will be one of our most important front-line ambassadors and curators of the Grover brand, interacting with customers on a daily basis to build community and awareness
You will constantly be building the strategy, planning and implementing new ideas and be responsible for a promotional budget
You will collaborate with the team to communicate new product releases, marketing & partner campaigns, live event coverage, announcements and crisis management
You will be constantly monitoring and reacting to the latest news in our industry to keep us fresh, relevant and proactive in shaping the Circular Economy
You have at least two years experience in social media marketing with proven ability to grow and scale a community
You have a deep interest in the tools, tricks, growth hacks, case studies and strategies for social media platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat)
You have a good understanding across the marketing process from acquisition, engagement and retention
You are analytical and growth minded – you focus on experimentation, learning and testing new ideas, implementing the ones that work and not sticking to the ones that don’t
You are well organised, self-motivated and have a strong attention to detail
You are fluent in English, (German is a big plus and other european languages appreciated)
