As our community is growing every day, we're now looking for an Offline Marketing Manager.

Your Role

  • You will report to the Head of Growth Marketing
  • You will develop strategy, media planning, and execution of Grover’s offline campaigns to increase customer growth and improve efficiency across TV, OOH, Radio, etc.
  • You will work closely with the creative team to develop TV commercials and other offline marketing assets
  • You will maintain the weekly and monthly analytics and reporting for the different offline marketing channels
  • You will collaborate with our BD team and retail Partners to develop co-branded offline campaigns


Your Profile:

  • You have 3-5 years working experience in B2C marketing
  • You have retail experience in offline channels
  • You are creative in your solutions and data-driven in your analysis of their performance
  • You are detail oriented but can find the balance between perfect and execution
  • You are equally adept at strategic thinking and hands-on with the details
  • You have excellent communication and project management skills
  • You are fluent in both English and German
