As our community is growing every day, we're now looking for a Head of Risk to ensure a trustworthy connection between customers and Grover.
You will be responsible for building Grover’s Risk Assessment and Customer Approval Model, incl. the identification, assessment, measurement, monitoring and reporting of fraud and credit risk for Grover’s customers
You will evolve our current risk model incl. taking into account the customer payment and return of assets probability based on willingness and/or ability to pay
You will work cross-functional and include a wide array of standardized credit bureau and soft data to form a view on customer risk quality
You will establish top of the industry reporting, measurement and KPIs in our Risk division
You have a very solid training in Credit Risk (not less than 5 years)
Relevant experience in fraud prevention, and risk models; data science understanding
Deep analytical thinking, structured and independent working personality
Great communication skills with external and internal stakeholders, assertiveness, conflict and stress management.
