Your Role:

  • You will build and lead our performance marketing team - guiding, developing and setting direction for people
  • You will build a strategy to deliver large scale growth and execute against it
  • You will be responsible for channel development, measurement and optimisation of all acquisition channels
  • You will analyse performance and work with the data team to build attribution and prediction models
  • You will look to innovate, automate and optimise everything we do
  • You will instill a culture of creativity, testing and learning as we grow
  • You will own a growing marketing budget and be responsible for the planning and reporting of your team’s work
  • You will work with creative, product and content teams to create great marketing that is true to the Grover brand
  • You will collaborate with Product, CRM and BI teams to ensure high quality and efficiency customer journey


Your Profile:

  • You have 5+ years experience in online/performance marketing
  • You have experience with scaling companies in either consumer subscriptions, finance or eCommerce industries
  • You are an expert in either SEA, Social Media Paid or programatic Display Advertising and have experience working on SEO, Native Advertising and Performance Influencer Marketing.
  • You have proven talent in building and growing teams
  • You are highly analytical and value attention to detail with strong experience establishing and monitoring tracking against marketing initiatives to ensure ROI-positive results
  • You ideally have experience with A/B testing and optimizing bid strategies across audiences, ad formats, and landing pages
  • You are entrepreneurial and know the balance of getting stuff done and making things great
  • You have a good understanding of the entire customer journey and lifecycle to attribute users to the marketing initiatives
  • You are fluent in English (German is a bonus)
