As our community is growing every day, we're now looking for a Head of Brand & Creative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be the creative genius behind bringing Grover’s brand to the world with the focus on building a category and Grover’s leadership position within it

  • You will develop and coordinate multi-channel brand campaigns, offline and online

  • You will come up with amazing campaign ideas and execute on them with style

  • You will build and lead the brand team delivering on campaigns, creative production for marketing and sales teams, as well as strongly collaborating with product

  • You will be an advocate and enforcer of the Grover brand throughout the entire customer experience

  • You will secure global brand partnerships to drive consumer awareness and acquisition

  • You will extend the reach of the Grover brand across other company efforts such as sales, employer branding and investor relations

  • You will bring in relevant insights to the team via brand awareness monitoring, consumer trends and market research

  • You will work in partnership with leaders on comms and product marketing to develop consistent messaging and powerful cross-functional campaigns

  • You will build a global brand but have the ability to localise it to all new markets


Ideal Candidate

  • You have significant experience at building world class brands, with a passion for storytelling and commitment to excellence

  • You will have 10+ years experience developing and executing large-scale, multi-channel brand campaigns

  • You have worked both in-house for startups/consumer business and at a creative agency

  • You are happiest when working as part of a fast growing, cross-functional team

  • You have experience managing agencies, million-dollar budgets

  • You are comfortable moving from strategic to operational, from analytical to creative

  • You are a strong and inspiring leader

  • You are fluent in English, (German is a big plus and other European languages appreciated)
