About the team

Over the past year, the Corporate Finance team at Grover has been busy and very successful. We raised a total of €37 million in Series A financing, providing the capital that the fuels the rapid growth of the company. For Grover, which uses capital both for financing its growth as well as part of a product, Corporate Finance is at the heart of all strategic decisions. Your Role:

You will support the Finance with following activities:

  • Work as junior member of the Corporate Finance team on a wide range of topics including Equity and Debt transactions, Acquisitions, Business Planning and Investor Relations;
  • Actively contribute to team discussions on financing strategy, investor communication and transaction negotiation strategies;
  • Preparing investor materials;
  • Research key data for markets, competitors and benchmarks;
  • Support on investor processes, including valuation, due diligence and negotiations;
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and present analysis

Requirements

Your Profile:

  • Business acumen along with deep interest in finance
  • You are in your final two years of study in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field at a top university;
  • You have taken courses in Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis and Accounting;
  • Previous work/internship experience in a related field is a strong plus;
  • You are good with numbers and have attention to detail;
  • You have Team spirit, good communication skills, and a creative approach to problem solving;
  • You are available full-time for 6 months;
  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) is required.
