Your role:

  • Responsible of on-site merchandising and of reporting on top converting products. As a strong team player of the Category Management Team, your goal will be to generate more revenue on our website by increasing the conversion rate across our different products and markets.

  • Support Business Development for a fast go-to-market on partnerships and support shop operations with the biggest German Retailers.

  • Ensure the products are live on the website on a daily basis, and communicate opportunities to Marketing for special campaigns.

  • Coordinate execution of of marketing campaigns (products live, flash sales, product releases) with all stakeholders of the company, from operations to engineering teams.

  • Take part of the whole product content collection, generation and improvement: How to display the best our products? How to describe them and release their full potential? How can we increase our current conversion rate?

  • You’ll be digging into market data to define the market trends, and provide recommendation on how to grow on specific market segments.


What you bring:

  • You are studying or your recently graduated in Marketing, Economics, Business, or Communications

  • Eager to get to know more about e-commerce processes and operations and grow professionally in a fast paced startup environment

  • A first relevant experience in e-commerce and/or retail industry is a huge plus

  • A previous experience in business development, account management, operations is also highly valued.

  • You are passionate about technology and you are a heavy consumer of electronic gadgets

  • You are organised, detail oriented, and data driven

  • You are proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Package (VBA is a plus)

  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus, and other European Language is appreciated
